The whole Vent weighs only about 2 lbs. which is less than the factory scoop and splitter.
This item has an unfinished aluminum surround (ready for primer/paint) and powder coated black mesh.
Recommended for cars with front-mount intercoolers only.
Hood Vent Scoop Delete is pre-assembled and ready to install, which takes less than a half hour. Comes complete with all the hardware needed (in stainless steel). No drilling is required at all, since the the factory scoop mounting points are used.
