WRX/STI/LGT Stock BOV Adapter for FMIC

Allows the use of the stock blow-off valve (aka. bypass valve) when using a front-mount intercooler (aka. FMIC).  Flange bolts to the BOV and is hose-connected to the FMIC pipe.  Re-uses the stock BOV bolts, gasket, and return hose.  Hose nipple is beaded for secure hose retention.
