KS Tech Warranty:
All parts manufactured and/or marketed under the name "KSTech" or "KS Technology" are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 90 days. This warranty applies to the original consumer of the product as long as the original consumer owns the vehicle on the which the product was originally installed. This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured for/by KS Technology which are defective in material or workmanship, and it does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to products which are damaged or fail as a result of the products being neglected, abused or misused in any manner, as result of any accident, as a results of a product being improperly installed (including failure to install the product in accordance with the installation instructions), or as a result of a product being altered in any manner by anyone other than KS Technology LLC.
There is no other express or implied warranty or condition (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) except as set out herein. KS Technology LLC does not authorize any person to create for it any other condition or liablity in connection with products manufactured for/by KS Technology LLC.
KS Technology LLC shall not be liable or assume responsibility for the loss of use of any vehicle, loss of time, rental of vehicle, loss or damage to personal property, injuries, bodily harm or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, or for any reasonable delay in perfomance under this warranty, of products manufactured for/by KS Technology LLC.
Products sold by but not manufactured for/by KS Technology LLC will be subject to the terms and conditions of the original manufacturer's warranty only and are not warranted for any other purpose by KS Technology LLC
For returns due to manufacturing defects (per the warranty above) please contact us to work out the details. Normally either the part will be exchanged or a refund will be issued as quickly as possible.
Returns for other reasons will be considered on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. We want you to be delighted with our products, so please contact us if there are any problems or issues that need to be resolved.
The only way to order is through this site. We will not normally take orders over the phone or by fax. Security is the main reason for this. Our credit card acceptance system allows the customer to pay by credit card safely and securely. We never even see your credit card number, nor can we access it ever.
Unless otherwise specified all our products do not come in retail packaging. This is to simplify things and keep costs down. Products are packed and boxed for safe shipment only, often using the shipper's boxes or envelopes. Wholesale accounts may contact us to work out other arrangements.
Nevada residents will be charged 7.375% tax at checkout. Sales and/or use tax (if any) for all other customers is the responsibility of the customer.
Our intent is to charge only the actual shipping cost (including in many cases - insurance, signature confirmation, delivery confirmation, etc.) without any of the hidden mark-ups some other online companies add on. If you feel that shipping cost is excessive please contact us and we will try to find the best solution for your shipping needs. If shipping cost ends up being substantially less than what was charged then we will issue a refund for the approximate difference.
All of your personal information is considered private. We will never ever sell or freely give out you information to anyone for any reason. This is very important to us, as we hate spam as much as anybody.
